Qi Gong, Mantra & Meditation Classes
These classes are open to all. You don’t need any experience just a willingness to explore the practise of Qi Gong & Sound.
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practise that creates space in our bodies through movement, breath and meditation. The space created allows the energy to flow more smoothly through our system thus strengthening the function of our organs and as a result our immune system.
Through the forms we also cultivate our ability to ground ourselves and open our hearts, this helps refine our awareness and in turn can be truly transformative in our lives.
My classes also explore the aspect of sound through mantra and toning supported through the use of singing bowls and drumming. For me the combination of sound is a beautiful and powerful way of helping shift emotions and energy that maybe held.
My intention is that the sessions are playful but the space is held so that deep practise can be achieved.
I hold this classes indoors and outdoors but only currently have outdoor pics!
